• PMS, fertility, and perimenopause: Take from ovulation through to the bleed, for a minimum of 3 months to support hormonal rhythm and consistency.
• Menopause: Take weekly for 6–12 weeks to support ongoing hormonal balance and symptom relief.
• Pre-menopause without a regular bleed: Take weekly for 6–8 weeks to help restore balance and support hormonal regulation.
