We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Is not as described
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

If you believe your item meets any of the above, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with your order details and photos (if applicable).


Returns Process

To request a return, please:

  2. Await confirmation and return instructions
  3. Return the item as advised (if required)

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping & Collection Disclaimer

We take great care in preparing your order. Once your order has been dispatched or made available for collection, it is no longer within our control and responsibility passes to the customer.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs
  • For any other approved returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
