Please allow at least 2-5 working days for the processing, packaging and shipping of your order. We do not offer same-day shipping.

Local pick-up is available by appointment – to arrange a mutually suitable time for collection of your order, please email orders@bottomsupcolonics.com.au (same-day order and pick-up are not available).

To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to always retain a baseline of stock and when stock is required, to order at least two weeks in advance.

Due to the unpredictability of importing some items such as our speculums, please ensure you always have an adequate supply of stock available in your clinic. On rare occasions, there may be a delay when posting your speculums.
