After many years of sharing what I call my “hippy food” and running fun, hands-on workshops, I’ve finally created this recipe book—something I’ve been asked for time and time again. As an intuitive cook, I don’t follow strict recipes. I work with what’s fresh and on hand, creating meals guided by taste, colour, and how I feel in the moment.
This cookbook is a natural extension of those workshops—full of laughter, connection, and shared meals around a big table. My hope is that you’ll find a few favourites, invite some friends over, and enjoy creating nourishing, allergy-friendly dishes together.
All recipes are inspired by the Bite Right Plate—a simple guide to balanced, feel-good eating.
